A separate upcoming event that might pique the interest of some of your family members is an unofficial prequel to Denver’s upcoming great american beer festival.

“Blink is just a wink” by Amber Cobb
Following the opening of one of the museum’s newest exhibits, Meow Wolf was named the winner of this family-focused category,”wink just wink,” series created by Amber Cobb.
Cobb’s collection opened to the public on September 8th earlier this month and will remain on display until the end of the exhibition on November 30th. The exhibition itself is a heightened focus on the grey areas surrounding complex human interactions, hence the fitting name for the series.
“Take the body as the starting point, [Cobb] Through downfall, attraction and humor, the physical and psychological responses to life’s complex interactions are revealed,” Meow Wolf said of the exhibit’s description.
Using materials such as mattresses, furniture, and other household objects, Cobb creates drawings, paintings, and sculptures that inspire reflection on the emotions surrounding sexual innuendo, gender roles, and the absurdity of the senses in general.
