Emirates SkyCargo offers seamless booking via WebCargo

Emirates SkyCargo is adding a new channel for its customers around the world to directly access and book its cargo flights, a digital-led initiative to improve user experience and booking efficiency.

By partnering with Freightos, the industry’s largest air cargo booking platform, Emirates SkyCargo customers will have quick and easy direct access to cargo airline flights and inventory for direct bookings, the company said.

“Emirates SkyCargo continues to develop and implement digital technologies that allow us to improve our back-end operations and enhance our customer experience on the front line. Partnering with WebCargo allows us to improve access to our products and services and provide secure and convenient bookings for us of our customers. This is one of several initiatives we are working to ensure that every Emirates SkyCargo touchpoint, from booking to tracking to delivery, provides our customers with a world-class experience,” said Nabil Sultan, Senior Director, Emirates Division Said the vice president of freight.

Emirates SkyCargo is rolling out customer access to the WebCargo platform in stages, with Spain, Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, UK and Turkey launching tomorrow. Emirates SkyCargo’s inventory on the WebCargo platform will be available to customers across Europe by the end of October, followed by Australia and the US in November.

Customers in Asia and Africa will have access until January 2023. –arab trade news agency
