New badminton academy will have top-notch facilities

Following the success of the inaugural Smash Abu Dhabi Badminton Championships, 316 Sports Services has added wings to badminton in the UAE by opening the Port Badminton Centre and 316 Badminton Academy.
The new badminton academy will have first-class facilities.
“Our mission is to unlock capabilities and provide a platform for the development of the sport. Our coaching staff strives to create a positive and motivating environment where every player can reach his or her full potential,” said general manager Samih Al Maisari 316 Sports Services, said.
“We are committed to providing extensive face-to-face training and ongoing support to assist the growth and development of badminton in the Arab world.
“We are delighted to be operating in Abu Dhabi and to partner with Abu Dhabi Ports Group and Abu Dhabi Cruise Terminal, which will be based there.”
