Masdar City is the only planned and approved innovative technology R&D cluster in Abu Dhabi, and Zero Carbon Ventures has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to drive carbon reduction in the Middle East.
The first project explored under the agreement, already underway in Masdar City, will involve the deployment of Zero Carbon Venture’s game-changing graphene technology to reduce maintenance requirements and lower energy consumption in critical buildings.
Ahmed Bagum, Executive Director of Masdar City, said: “Masdar City is committed to being a global hub and facilitator for international and regional organisations working on sustainable R&D and innovation.
