The UAE Pass is a secure national digital identity for citizens and residents, providing access to the services of more than 6,000 government, semi-government and private sector entities through a single app.
The Emirates Pass app enables users to identify themselves to government service providers in all emirates through smartphone-based authentication. Entities are increasingly integrating with Emirates Pass to provide seamless access to their platforms and services.
This week at GITEX Global, the Ministry of Human Resources and UAE (MoHRE) showcased its latest smart system, including an updated app. The Self-Guided Awareness Service on the Ministry’s app can be accessed using the Emirates Pass, enabling workers to complete awareness programmes in 16 languages ​​and watch a 20-minute video about their rights and responsibilities, as well as the social norms and traditions to follow in in society.
Last month, Digital Dubai partnered with Dubai Police to add a new service to the Vehicle and Safety Services section of its DubaiNow app, allowing users to easily report minor accidents through the app. Individuals will then receive a report from Dubai Police via email or text message and follow a simple, easy and quick procedure. Users can log into the DubaiNow app with their UAE passport, which will automatically determine their geographic location. They can then enter vehicle details and numbers, as well as an image of the cause of the accident and damage caused by the accident.
In July, Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB) integrated with Emirates Pass to simplify the customer registration process on its credit reporting app and enable fast authentication to access personal credit reports. Single Identity will allow authenticated Emirates Pass users to register and purchase their credit reports on the AECB Credit Reports app without the need for extra steps to verify a person’s identity.
More than a year ago, Abu Dhabi Health Services (Seha) allowed patients to use Emirates Pass to log in or register directly to the SEHA mobile app and patient portal without the need to create separate Seha credentials.

Signing a digital signature is a simple process. In the Self Service Portal, select the Sign Documents tab. You can then download the document with your signature. The Emirates Pass provides all types of official documents issued by government entities and the private sector.
