Ring, a leading provider of home security solutions and an Amazon company, has signed a distribution agreement with value-added IT services group Mindware.

Since its founding in 2013, Ring has been committed to making communities safer and bringing everyone together. From the first video doorbell to the award-winning DIY bell alarm system, its line of smart home security products provides users with affordable whole-home and neighborhood security.

Under the agreement, Mindware will partner with Ring to provide product support across the region through in-depth Ring product training and joint customer visits.

Dealers will offer the complete Ring portfolio, focusing on the Ring Alarm, Video Doorbell Pro 2, Floodlight Cam Wired Pro and Plus, and Stick Up Cams.

Products like the Video Doorbell Pro 2 offer homeowners extra protection with powerful features like 3D motion detection, 1536p HD head-to-toe video, color night vision and motion alerts through the Ring app on a smartphone or tablet.

Ring said the partnership will support the company in maintaining a strong presence among dealers and professional installers.

It said this will foster greater engagement with key channel stakeholders through regular touchpoints and in-depth product training.

“Minware has built a reputation as a leading value-added distributor and service provider in the region over the years. We are delighted to partner with them as we expand our product offerings in the UAE and the Gulf,” said Mohammad Meraj Hoda, Vice President, Emerging Markets, Ring President.

“We look forward to working with Mindware to bring our products closer to homeowners and continue to provide peace of mind to more customers in many cities and countries,” he said.

“Ring offers a wide range of innovative, DIY home security products and services. We are excited to enhance our existing offerings with one of the leading names in smart security,” said Nicholas Argyrides, General Manager, Gulf Region, Mindware.

“Always put the customer first, adding Ring to our portfolio makes a lot of sense, especially with Mindware’s recent focus on the small to mid-market segment and our goal of reaching more partners in the region. The timing of launching this collaboration is also Ideally, in line with the recently launched Mindware online store serving our UAE partners,” he added.

Hoda noted that since its inception, Ring has reimagined home security and has continued to develop its products, culminating in state-of-the-art products such as the Ring Alarm, Video Doorbell Pro 2, Floodlight Cam Wired Pro and Stick Up Cams for Indoor and Outdoor use.

“As home security experts, we have a dual focus – keeping your home safe with easy-to-use home security products, while changing how consumers think about home security as an accessible, simple way to increase their convenience and presence . property,” he added.arab trade news agency
