The UAE has long championed the key role digital transformation plays in its economy and society, as the country positions itself as a global innovation hub.

The adoption of cloud technology is growing due to increased data consumption and an increasingly digitized evolving economic and social environment.

SAP is also able to leverage G42 Cloud’s secure and scalable infrastructure to provide customers with benefits including data sovereignty and potentially better business outcomes.

In addition to cloud, the initiative will rely on the latest innovations in artificial intelligence, machine learning and blockchain to improve operations, said Sergio Maccotta, senior vice president of SAP Middle East South.

“This joint initiative between SAP and G42 Cloud aims to enable businesses in both the public and private sectors to align with the UAE government’s digital transformation goals,” he said.
