Prime Minister Sheikh Baz Sharif sent warm greetings to the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Friday, on the UAE’s 51st National Day, application reports.
The two leaders reaffirmed the fraternal relationship between Pakistan and the UAE, reaffirming their mutual commitment to further expand and enrich the special bilateral relationship.
The Prime Minister also paid tribute to the founding President of the UAE, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, for his role in laying the foundation for the close and brotherly relationship between the two countries.
He said Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan is a frequent visitor to Pakistan and he has also funded various charitable projects in Pakistani social sphere.

He said the Sheikh Zayed Hospital was a model for his service to Pakistan and his name will be remembered for his philanthropy.
Prime Minister Sheikh Baz also thanked the UAE President for his financial and material support to Pakistan following its recent flood damage.
The UAE President returned the Prime Minister’s greetings and best wishes to the people of Pakistan.
He extended an invitation to the UAE President to visit Pakistan, which he accepted.
For five years, Pakistan and the UAE have enjoyed a close brotherly relationship that is firmly rooted in shared beliefs, shared values ​​and culture. The UAE is Pakistan’s largest trading partner and main source of investment in the Middle East.
