Minor Hotels has announced plans for a new NH Collection hotel in Dubai. This is the first NH Collection hotel announced in the UAE.
The NH Collection La Suite Hotel in Dubai is located on Sheikh Zayed Arterial Road in the emirate, where the 46-storey multi-purpose Sidra Tower will be located.
The hotel will be operated by Minor Hotels in the first quarter of 2023 and will undergo an extensive refurbishment before launching under the NH Collection banner later in 2023.
The 265-room NH Collection La Suite Hotel, Dubai will include rooms and suites as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
The hotel will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, lobby lounge, kids club, meeting space, gym and leisure space, as well as leasable retail space.
Since opening in 2010, Sidra Tower currently includes offices, retail stores and restaurants. It is close to Dubai Marina and Media City, and about a 30-minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
NH Collection La Suite Hotel, Dubai is owned by Ali bin Khalfan Al Mutawa Al Dhaheri, founder and chairman of ABK Investments and Ali and Sons Holding, an Emirati family business.

Minor Hotels currently operates nine hotels in Dubai and 14 hotels in the UAE under the Anantara, Avani and Oaks brands.
Minor has 530 hotels and resorts in 56 countries in Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Indian Ocean.
