Robin Schick I remembered my father, Alan Thickenearly six years after his death.

In the photo, Robin wears a backward-facing hat while resting his hand on his father’s shoulder as they sit in a small boat on the water. Alan looks out into the distance in this sweet throwback photo of sporty swim trunks and retro sunglasses.
“Missing my dad today!” Robin captioned the heartfelt post, calling his dad “Mr. Cool.”
Allen sadly passed away in December 2016 identified as “aortic rupture” and “standard Type A aortic dissection,” according to a shared death certificate people.
Allen – a legendary Canadian actor, singer and television personality – died at the age of 69 shortly after playing hockey with his youngest son carterRobin’s half-brother, was 19 when their father died.
