Sofia Saidi tied the knot with a British-Arab businessman in a private, celebrity-studded wedding at the Bulgari Hotel and Resorts in Dubai

MBC-TRENDING’s popular Moroccan-French TV presenter Sofia Saidi celebrated her marriage to a British-Arab businessman. A host of dignitaries were in attendance; Ambassador Bassam Freiha, the billionaire journalist and politician, accompanied Sadie in her wedding dress. In addition, Ali Jaber, director of MBC Group, also attended the event with his wife Tamara and children Moin and Malik.

Close friends and family attended the private ceremony at the Bulgari Hotel & Resort in Dubai, where phones were not allowed, including Sofia’s best friend Giulia Ragazzini, TV presenter Raya Lamar , Nasser Chama and his wife Isabella, Minister Marwan Hamad and the Assad family. The bride wowed everyone in a gorgeous sky blue gown embroidered with emeralds by renowned designer Imane Tadlaoui.

Speaking of her wedding, Sadie said: “I met my husband four years ago in Geneva and worked for him in the renewable energy sector. I was married to him at the time, but unfortunately due to the pandemic, I didn’t get the chance to celebrate our union. So we had to postpone the wedding, but now we’re finally celebrating with all our loved ones in such an amazing place.”

The bride wore gold and Paraiba diamond earrings, a stunning Paraiba diamond ring, and her precious Harry Winston 8 carat solid diamond wedding ring. Saidi looked regal in a stunning white dress by Pnina Tornai, celebrity organizer of the gown ‘Love is in the Air’.

Saidi has hosted many world-renowned Arab and international actors and celebrities on MBC TRENDING, including the popular Darko Peric who played the role of Helsinki in La Casa De Pa-pel.
