Gulfood Manufacturing, the food and beverage industry’s leading trade event, opens today (8 November) in Dubai, UAE and will be the MEASA region’s largest global gathering of innovations in machinery solutions and ingredients.
Gulfood Manufacturing is co-located with GulfHost, The Specialty Food Festival, ISM Middle East (formerly Yummex ME) and Private Label Licensing ME and will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center until November 10th.
The record size of the three-day event further established the UAE as a global industrial hub, in line with the National Industrial and Advanced Technology Strategy, 300 billion in action, and continues to underscore Dubai’s global market appeal. It brings together forward-thinking companies and thought leaders from across the food and beverage manufacturing industry in a single food ecosystem, which will support the transformation of the country’s industrial sector into a global manufacturing hub, in line with the UAE’s ‘Made in the UAE’ “Imagine.
Visitors can experience live demonstrations of manufacturing solutions in realistic production environments, unique concepts and augmented reality zones, bringing the future of food to life. Some highlights that visitors can look forward to include:
With the support of IFF’s exclusive RE-IMAGINE WELLNESS program, step into a 360-degree ubiquitous simulation of health and well-being, with Health Shots (functional drinks) offering a holistic approach to wellness.
Kerry will bring concepts to life with a prototype market showcase where visitors can play with the packaging and scan QR codes, learn the science behind the solutions, explore new flavors and promote trends in the region.

Food Tech Summit
The 3-day Food Tech Summit will welcome global leaders from across the industry under one roof, with day one featuring a keynote address from Ahmed Mohamed Al Naqbi, CEO of Emirates Airline Development Bank and Chairman of Emirates Food and Beverage Manufacturers Group Saleh Abdullah Lootah both highlighted their role in realizing the UAE’s industrial strategy and furthering the UAE’s position as a prosperous, innovative global manufacturing hub.
