(“Ankang” or”company”) (NEO: AMEN) (Frankfurt: 25YO) (OTC: AMNNF), is pleased to present the results of the Amcomri Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting (“Meeting”) held on December 14, 2022. The Company had a total of 11,072,887 common shares, representing approximately 15.04% of the issued and outstanding common shares, and was present in person or by proxy.
At the meeting, the number of directors of the company is fixed at eight, and each of the eight nominees nominated by management is elected as a director of the company for a term until the end of the next annual general meeting or until his or her successor is elected or appoint.
