Abu Dhabi Police has launched a new delivery service for light and heavy vehicle and bicycle license plates.

The new initiative will deliver number plates to locations across the emirate within 48 hours, allowing customers to receive their plates without having to visit a customer happiness centre, the authority said.

Motorists can submit applications through the authority’s e-services portal or the ‘Tamm’ website. After selecting a service and paying for delivery, the customer will be contacted to determine a delivery time and location. The traffic system will be updated accordingly with new data.
