- Occupation or lease of real estate, residential units or public housing upon issuance of a full or partial demolition permit: Dh500,000 (Dh1,000,000)
- Occupation or rental of real estate and residential units or public housing after the competent authority has issued a decision to demolish all or part of it: Dh500,000 (Dh1,000,000)
- Rental of real estate and residential units or public housing in residential complexes for unauthorized categories: Dh50,000 (Dh100,000)
- Renting out real estate and residential units as collective housing: Dh100,000 (Dh200,000)
- Occupying real estate and residential units in a manner exceeding the permitted number of persons: Dh50,000 (Dh100,000)
- Violation of security, safety and sanitation procedures of a residential unit in relation to ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation and sanitation requirements: Dh25,000 (Dh50,000)
