A swimming movie with a desert island atmosphere…
Movie scenes have already accounted for a large proportion of the cast of Zaya Nurai Island.
This fantastic destination is only a 15-minute boat ride from Saadiyat Island, but offers an experience of otherworldly standards. The resort has also added another bucket list activity to its itinerary-movie screenings in the swimming pool.
Open every Thursday from 8pm to 10pm. A ticket is only 100 AED (minimum of two). In addition to viewing on the underwater big screen, you can also enjoy unlimited soft drinks, fruit skewers and popcorn .
What’s in the movie? We are still waiting for discovery, and the timetable has not been released yet-but we will notify you as soon as we discover it.
What other shows?
AED 480 can get a one-day pass on the island, of which AED 420 can be used for dining, water sports and spa activities. The ferry fee is Dh60. There is a happy hour for two in Hooked, Dusk and Frangipani between 5pm and 7pm every day, offering selected drinks at a 2-to-1 price.
The resort’s legendary Flowrider — a man-made surfing device, not the United States’low‘Rapper-will draw a multi-section bucket for the wave longing for Dh300 (including a free boat from the Welcome Center). It is not recommended to wear apple-soled jeans and boots with fur.

The legendary frangipani brunch will return on Friday, September 10th, and will be played in the open air at a five-star international banquet. It is held every week between 12.30pm and 4pm, and prices start from AED 350 (House package is AED 450).
Frangipani also offers afternoon tea, a spoonful of elegance and a pot of luxury. Service is available on Saturday from 3pm to 6pm (Dh240).
A 15-minute boat ride from the Welcome Center on the east side of Saadiyat Island to Zaya Nurai is close to Exit 14 of the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Expressway.
