In the video, a Dubai court judge refers to Article 9, paragraph 2, of the UAE Labor Law – Federal Decree No. 33 of 2021, which reads: “A worker on probation shall not be appointed more than once to an employer if Once the worker successfully passes the probationary period and continues to work, the contract will come into effect according to the agreed terms. Article 9 of the UAE Labor Law sets out various regulations that workers need to keep in mind during the probationary period.
