For the main course, there is a platter of plant-based sliders, fish and chips, and butter chicken pie. Tipsy Lion has just launched a Saturday barbecue brunch that fits your wallet. It is open from 12 noon to 3 pm, and the price of free drinks is 150 dirhams. The menu includes smoked beef brisket and rich chicken, and barbecue favorites include potato salad, cajun roasted beans, and corn on the cob. Only AED 150 can be upgraded to 4pm for an extra hour of unlimited drinks (Saturday only). This English-style pub is a home of carefree fun, with pool tables, table football and “drinking table tennis”.

The evening brunch at Soho Beer Garden is held every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8pm to 11pm. The price is 225 AED per person and includes a three-course meal including “sausage and mashed potatoes” and fried fish French fries and other classic British dishes, as well as free-flowing drinks. The spacious beer garden is covered by a huge tent to keep it cool in the summer.

Let’s Get Goosed is a new brunch on Friday, From 12.30 pm to 4 pm at the Goose Island Tap House in Jumeirah Five Villages. Guests will start with “Breakfast in Bed” and drink Bloody Mary and Stag soda. Staples include mini cod and chips, grilled prawns pil pil, chicken wings, tacos and sliders. Entertainment activities include DJs and live bands playing your favorite British classics. You can even swing a golf club while enjoying brunch, because the bar has a golf simulator. After brunch, you can also enjoy beer table tennis and billiards games.
