UAE-based affordable housing pioneer Danube Properties has sold out of Elitz, its fifth residential project in 2022 with a development value of more than AED550 million (US$150 million), marking a record year for developers.
Elitz will be developed on a 36,930 sq ft site in Jumeirah Village Circle with a built-up area of 695,000 sq ft. It will offer 268 studio apartments, 203 one-bedroom apartments, 65 two-bedroom apartments, and 13 three-bedroom apartments. 1 bedroom apartments and four duplex apartments. The Elitz is a two-tower project connected to a podium complex with parking, community facilities, and 284 retail units.
Reflecting strong buyer interest, Elitz was snapped up by investors, buyers and agents at launch. The project is scheduled to be delivered to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2025.
