The couple behind Casa Maria Luigia are also founders of Osteria Francescana, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant in Modena, Italy, which was ranked number one on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2016 and 2018.

At Casa Maria Luigia, Rosval tastefully directs reimaginings of classic regional dishes while incorporating her own savory specialties. During a landmark meal at Café Milano at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, Rosval will create a one-of-a-kind Italian experience, elegantly accompanied by the glamorous ambience of the outlet.

Chef Rosval’s tailor-made menu at Café Milano will begin with “Antipasto Emiliano”, adding her creativity to the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal.
