At the end of each summer, the chic Peruvian restaurant Coya hosts a La Noche Blanca party. This year’s events will be held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi’s Coya venues on September 8th and 17th.
Both parties have the theme of Mykonos, aiming to transport guests to the Greek island for only one night. Participants in Dubai can look forward to saxophonist Matt West, aerial live performance and resident DJ Rogerio, Alex Twin and Eva Voytko to take over the deck of the Pisco Bar.
During their stay in Abu Dhabi, guests will enjoy the beats and live performances of Alex Twin, DJ Eva Voytko and NSI. Starting at 6:30 pm, reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure that you make the most of what you have that night.
Of course, the entertainment is accompanied by an exciting menu, including authentic Peruvian dishes such as freshly prepared guacamole, ceviche, classic Chilean sea bass rice, grilled corn chicken and skewers.
Dubai will provide some special dishes, including Tsarskaya oysters with cucumber granite, oscietra caviar and aji rocoto; Vachu tartare with aji limo aioli, oscietra caviar and potato bread; king crab with aji amarillo aioli, musk Balsamic vinegar and chocolate sauce.
Because it is called La Noche Blanca (White Night), it means encouraging guests to wear their best Blanca costumes. Look through your closet, pick some white clothes, and get ready to shine in the night.
