The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) has stated that there are four steps to be taken in order to issue UAE entry permits easily and smoothly through the ICP website www.icp.gov.ae or its smart platform Apply the UAE ICP.
These steps include registering and creating an account through UAE PASS, or accessing the e-service if you are already registered; selecting the service “Issuing Entry Permit”; submitting the application, reviewing and updating the retrieved data and paying the fee, and finally registering through the client, ICP said email to receive the license.
In addition, customers need to take five steps to amend the residency data through the ICP website www.icp.gov.ae or its smart app UAE ICP via personal or business account or typing office.
Federal Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security explained that a customer’s journey through a personal or business account to modify his residency data requires him to log into the account and create a new account, submit a request to change his residency data modification, request additional services, pay Fees and guarantees (if any), then send the application.
It added that the application will be checked by ICP staff and eventually an approval notification will be sent to the client.
To modify account information through a typing office, customers need to go to a nationally recognized typing office, submit an application for amending account information, attach service requirements, pay fees and deposit (if any), and send the application, ICP said.
Once received, ICP staff will check the application before sending approval notifications to clients, it added.

The Federal Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security Administration emphasized that customers need to ensure that the identification number and expiration date in the renewal or replacement application and the data entered in the electronic form are correct before paying the fee to avoid delays in completing the transaction on time.
Customers must also ensure that the phone number, email and shipping method mentioned in the spreadsheet are correct, ICP said, noting that all data entered is reviewed and checked by ICP.
