Share subscription based on 2018 and 2019 stock options
September 16-December 31, 2022Total 20,500 Remedy Entertainment Plc’s The new shares have been subscribed with the company’s 2018 and 2019 stock options.To subscribe for 2018 and 2019 stock options, the full subscription price is 183,690.00 EUR Included in investment non-restricted equity reserves.
After industrial and commercial registration, the total number of shares is 13.4691 million shares.
Shares subscribed for in 2018 and 2019 are already in business registration exist January 30, 2023, from the date on which new shares will establish shareholder rights.The shares will be traded together with the old shares on the official listing of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd. January 31, 2023.
The subscription period for 2018 stock options begins at June 1, 2021 and will end at May 31, 2024.
The subscription period for 2019 stock options begins at June 1, 2022 and will end at May 31, 2025.
