Ah…Latin America, the country of fire, forged between the two oceans. This is a festival of colors and culture, which was skillfully refined into Vakava’s vibrant dining experience series by chef Eber and his team. There are legal culinary adventures here, take their beautiful weekend brunch as an example.
On Friday, the Trip Brunch menu is updated every two weeks to keep it fresh, but you can look forward to appetizers such as guacamole, salmon tiradito, wild mushroom flatbread, lamb and crispy shrimp.
The main course may include selected cuts, such as classic churrasco, Picanah steak with potatoes and chimichurri; you can also taste aromatic seafood-classic Chilean sea bass garnish, jalapeno salad or potato macaroni, and selected South American desserts. The itinerary is arranged in the leisure time between 2pm and 7pm, with a fee of Dh295 for soft package and Dh495 for house selection.
Saturday’s Barbocoa brunch offers a series of similar appetizers, but the main course uses rodizio (Brazilian bottomless fire-to-table service). Eating out, enjoy braised beef tenderloin, marinated chicken and sizzling prawns.
Open every Saturday from 1pm to 5pm, the soft package is 325 dirhams for you, and the house is 450 dirhams.
If you like their time to take care of the elderly, then Tuesday night is for you. Buena Onda Ladies Night offers three drinks and a delicious Latin bar for only 99 dirhams. Available from 7pm to 11pm.
