Berlin [Germany]Feb. 26 (ANI): The German branch of the Balochistan National Movement staged protests in Bielefeld and the German capital Berlin against state violence against women and the arrest of Maha Balochistan in Balochistan.

It will only get worse when the Pakistani government starts using excessive force against the Baloch people and resorts to enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings and torture.

She added, “Human rights violations in Balochistan have reached alarming proportions. Thousands of Balochs have been killed, kidnapped or tortured by the Pakistani military and intelligence agencies. Their families are under threat and intimidation.”

Social media activist Hudahair Ellahi said that Baloch women were imprisoned along with our brothers to suppress the Baloch ethnic struggle for independence. But the occupying power in Balochistan will not be able to maintain the occupation for long.

She added that the United Nations should intervene in Balochistan over its long-standing and ongoing human rights violations and that the EU should stop funding military aid to Pakistan. (Arnie)
