Abit Chowdhury
Former Partner, Bar & Brief Attorneys, Abit Chowdhury Has joined ANM Global as a Partner in the media and entertainment practice in the firm’s Mumbai office.
Choudhary graduated from Government Law College, Mumbai in 2012 and holds a Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property from GLC, Mumbai.
Choudhary has over a decade of experience in the media and entertainment industry. He has represented multiple “A” producers, broadcasters, studios, production companies, content aggregators and celebrities in a variety of high-stakes litigation and non-litigation matters. He specializes in media rights management, with an in-depth knowledge of media and digital rights; structuring deals for film and web series co-productions; acquiring content; and dispute resolution consulting. He previously worked for leading law firms and organizations such as Naik Naik & Co., Zee Entertainment Enterprise Ltd. and Sony Pictures Networks India.
Prior to joining ANM Global, he was a partner in the media and entertainment practice at Bar & Brief Attorneys for over a year.
