Al Mubarak spoke of the idea of ​​inclusion, which is driving the planning and execution of all initiatives at COP28: “At COP28, we are putting nature and inclusion at the heart of our agenda. COP28 will be a COP for action, it will It is a COP in which the Global South will be front and center.”
“We cannot protect nature without indigenous peoples. We cannot achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement without youth and funding,” she added.
