UAE residents prioritized for US Golden Visa – News

Due to recent reforms to the US government’s investment immigration program, the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, residents of the UAE and neighboring GCC countries can benefit from priority processing of their US EB-5 Golden Visa. The introduction of a new reserved visa category under the EB-5 program has been particularly effective for Indian and Chinese nationals, who have traditionally had to wait longer due to the high volume of applications from these countries.

What is the US Golden Visa?

Concurrent filing allows the investor to have legal status in the United States before receiving a green card. Another positive change implemented by the RIA is the introduction of a new reserved U.S. Golden Visa category called the Reserved Visa, which allows for priority processing of applications, resulting in shorter waiting times.
