ABU DHABI, 6th March, 2023 (WAM) — 98 judicial officials from four government agencies in Abu Dhabi were sworn in by Ali Mohammed Alblooshi, Attorney-General of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, before commencing duties related to administrative offenses under the Existing laws and regulations, violations within its jurisdiction and competence.
The swearing-in ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Abu Dhabi Department of Justice (ADJD).
The officials represent four government agencies: the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Abu Dhabi Quality and Integration Council, and the Ministry of Municipalities and Transport.
On this occasion, Alblooshi said that the decision to confer judicial capacity officers on inspectors was in line with the directives of His Excellency Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Presidential Courts and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Department of Justice, to Enhance the competitiveness of the emirate.
He noted that qualifying and training candidates for the status of judicial officer is one of the priorities of the ADJD to achieve justice and ensure proper application in the service.
