The UAE has excellent academic institutions that can provide the government with pragmatic and forward-looking solutions.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, attended the seventh and eighth batches of the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) on Saturday graduation.
In 2020 and 2021, a total of 285 students completed master’s programs in management, innovation, and public policy.
Sheikh Mohammed said that the UAE has excellent academic institutions that can produce breakthroughs with global competitiveness and provide the government with pragmatic and forward-looking solutions.

Sheikh Mohamed said that the people of the UAE are “the most precious asset of the UAE, and our best bet to build a bright future for future generations.”
A total of 86 candidates from the Ministry of Interior graduated from the Master of Public Administration (Empa) program
At the ceremony, Lieutenant General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, attended the ceremony.
At the opening ceremony, Abdulla Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director-General of the Department of Human Resources (DGHR) of the Dubai Government and Chairman of the MBRSG Board of Directors, said: “The UAE is moving confidently into the future and has registered to achieve impressive results in record time. Inspiring achievements. It has become an example of progress and development, and has set an example for many countries in the world.
“Our success is attributed to the meticulous and well-planned plan we have formulated, we have a clear understanding of the challenges ahead, and we are committed to finding practical solutions to these challenges.”
Al Falasi congratulated the graduating class and emphasized that they demonstrated the UAE’s commitment to excellence and its unremitting efforts to empower leaders.
Among the 285 graduates, 180 have participated in the Empa program; the 41st for the Master of Innovation Management (MIM); 37 for the Master of Public Administration (MPA) and 27 for the Master of Public Policy (MPP).
They include UAE citizens, Arab nationals and foreigners.
MBRSG CEO Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri said: “Mohammed Bin Rashid Government College is proud to be able to celebrate the graduation of the 7th and 8th graduating classes in 2020 and 2021. This is one of our most important contributions to the advancement of the government. And the administrative system of the private sector.”
