Jumeirah Group, a luxury hospitality company and a member of Dubai Holding, celebrated the first 19 graduates of its ‘Kafaát’ training programme, which aims to develop the next generation of Emirati talent for the hospitality industry.
A tailor-made five-week training program launched in partnership with the Dubai College of Tourism (DCT), NAFIS and the Ministry of Human Resources and the Emirates, aims to hone and develop Emirati talent aspiring to develop in the country’s hospitality market.
The exclusive training sessions are designed to facilitate and accelerate the UAE’s national development plans within Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts by providing locals with the necessary means and tools to further enhance their knowledge while paving the way for a progressive future for the hospitality company.
