TCPinpoint, based at the Stone & Chalk Startup Hub in Adelaide, has signed a two-year agreement with Medialogic in the UAE. Founded by Rachel Kidwell, who has twenty years experience in retail lease deliveries, TCPinpoint has been used extensively in Australia and the US.

Using a cloud-based platform, the company’s software enables clients to manage the delivery of their properties from anywhere by tracking performance metrics and milestones using robust dashboards and portfolio reports.

The new partnership with Medialogic in the UAE will allow customers to take advantage of being supported in the same time zone.

Medialogic is an established technology distributor in the UAE, operating in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and India regions and rapidly expanding into the Asia Pacific market.

Working with some of the biggest names in construction, real estate and retail, TCPinpoint’s solutions are a logical extension of the company’s current offerings to these sectors.

Working with the Middle East and North Africa office of the Ministry of Trade and Investment in Dubai, Kidwell made several visits to Dubai to meet with Medialogic and gain insight into the market to identify opportunities.

An additional 4.5 million square meters of retail space is expected to be delivered in the GCC region by 2026, bringing the total to 23 million square meters. TCPinpoint aims to capitalize on this growth by aligning companies with one version of the truth, rather than running their retail design and delivery processes through Excel.

Minister Nick Champion said: “This partnership is a great example of the support our international offices can provide to companies looking to expand overseas. TCPinpoint has a solid client base in the Australian market and thanks to this partnership with Medialogic relationships, companies will be able to grow their development teams here, providing South Australians with highly skilled roles.”

“Our network of overseas offices can support South Australian companies in key growth sectors that need help with market intelligence and insight, and I encourage companies to get in touch with the team to find out how they can help,” he added.

Rachel Kidwell, Founder TCP pointsaid: “Trade and Investment’s MENA office, through the MENA Regional Director and India Sid Hart Mehta, provided an extraordinary insight into the market on all our prospecting visits. Our initial main focus It’s about identifying the opportunities in the market, understanding how best to navigate the intricacies of the market, and making sure we can meet their needs while making them understand the benefits we offer.”

“Sid’s prompt communication, patience in explaining market terminology and historical references and presentations helped us develop future plans for the region and resulted in a strategic partnership with Medialogic,” added Kidwell.

Rajesh Moily, CEO media logicsaid: “Medialogic is focused on helping customers accelerate their digital transformation. TCPinpoint’s solution presents a great opportunity to address fundamental pain points and help our customers increase efficiency, save costs and simplify retail delivery and lease management. Retail Delivery Predominantly manual management and still seems to be moving away from digital initiatives within retail developments or real estate organisations, resulting in lease disputes, delayed rent, costs and lack of visibility and transparency etc. We believe that TCPinpoint enables us to provide our clients with an integrated solution , addressing both strategic and tactical aspects with easy-to-use software.”
