Group Eid at Al Rashid Mosque in Al Khawaneej in partnership with Beit Al Khair Society.

“We have a duty to be close to workers, to listen to them and to benefit from their experience in the labor market. Ramadan is an ideal opportunity,” said Al Awar.

“Our laborers deserve our appreciation and respect for their indispensable contribution to the development of the UAE,” he added.

The minister praised the efforts of the organizers and their enthusiasm to serve the laborers during Ramadan with “Emirati values and dedication”.

The MoHRE announced in early March that the working hours of all employees in the private sector in the UAE will be reduced by two hours per day during Ramadan. It also allows companies to implement flexible or remote working during official working hours.
