[ad_1]

Accor, the world’s leading hotel group, has announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Georgia’s leading development company, Archi, to open Georgia’s first Mövenpick hotel on the Black Sea coast in 2028.

Thanks to the Mövenpick Family brand program with additional privileges and the global ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program, Mövenpick Kobuleti will offer the best in Swiss hospitality, high-end cuisine, exciting family products and children’s amenities.

“We are delighted to launch our premium Swiss brand Mövenpick on Georgia’s Black Sea coast. Kobuleti is rightfully considered one of the best holiday destinations for family leisure holidays. It uniquely combines a mild subtropical climate with clean and well-maintained beaches and ancient architectural relics, of course, we cannot pass by this destination. We believe that the new opening will contribute significantly to the popularity of the resort among international tourists and residents. The tourist market in Georgia is the most popular Alexis Delaroff, chief operating officer of Accor New Eastern Europe, said: “There is a bright future in our region and Accor aims to take a leading position in it. We thank our partners for their trust and look forward to bringing this wonderful project to life. “

The new hotel will occupy several floors in a high-rise building on the east coast of the Black Sea, within walking distance of a well-equipped small pebble beach. With its long coastline, clean air and mineral water, Kobuleti Resort is perfect for a comfortable family holiday. For travelers looking for sporting activities and experiences, there are parasailing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking and fly boarding available.

The unique Mövenpick Kobuleti will offer 120 rooms of different categories – from standard double rooms to luxury suites – with an elegant design inspired by the Swiss brand. The hotel’s infrastructure will include a gourmet restaurant serving upscale cuisine, a cocktail bar and a sushi bar. During the traditional daily Chocolate Hour, guests will enjoy the best chocolate treats and Mövenpick’s signature homemade sweets in the hotel lobby. The Mövenpick Family Program will offer an animated program in the Kids Club and a special menu for families with children. The new Mövenpick Kobuleti will also feature a modern gym, two swimming pools and a wellness center offering a range of programs to improve physical and mental wellbeing.

“Archi is a leading development company in Georgia. Apart from residential complexes, we have been actively working on launching hotels of local and international brands in different Georgian cities and resorts over the past few years. When we started working on the Kobuleti project, It was obvious that due to the size of the hotel and its many advantages, we needed to work with a first-class brand. We are very happy to have the opportunity to cooperate with Accor, the world’s leading hotel group, and combine our experience to create a high-quality tourism destination. We firmly believe that Kobuleti’s Mövenpick will become one of the most popular destinations for Accor loyal customers, local residents as well as international tourists,” said Lasha Silagadze, Director of Archi Hospitality.

The hotel’s convenient location puts Mövenpick Kobuleti’s guests within a 15-minute drive of the ruins of Petra – a strategically important historic fortress town connecting the eastern Black Sea coast region. Mtirala National Park, one of Georgia’s rarest and most diverse nature reserves, with a total area of nearly 16,000 hectares, is just an hour’s drive away. There are many cafes, restaurants, shops, ATMs and banks within walking distance of the hotel.
