The scheduled passenger flights will continue to Manila, Clark and Cebu…
Emirates, headquartered in Dubai, announced the resumption of scheduled passenger flights to the Philippines. There will now be seven flights to and from Manila a week, five flights to Clark and two flights a week to Cebu.
These flights can be booked by Filipinos and foreigners. After the Philippine authorities announced the lifting of the ban on passengers from the UAE on September 6, flights resumed. Currently, the number of passengers on each flight to the Philippines is limited.
Boeing 777-300ER aircraft will fly to all three destinations. Seven flights to Manila will offer business class and economy class, and flights to Clark and Cebu will offer first class, business class and economy class for passengers to book.

In addition to commercial flights, from September 18 to 25, EK332 will also have a special commercial flight, the “Bayanihan” flight, to provide additional capacity for Filipino citizens who wish to fly home from the UAE. To book these special flights, customers in the UAE can call +9714 274 9199.
Only Filipino citizens currently in the UAE are eligible to reserve seats on special flights and need to meet the following requirements:
- All passengers must present a negative RT-PCR result 48 hours before boarding.
- A 10-day facility-based quarantine with the arrival date as the first day will apply to all passengers, followed by a 4-day home quarantine. Emirates will coordinate with the Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration (OWWA) and/or the Department of Tourism (DOT) the allocation of designated hotel isolation facilities.
