Air Canada to launch direct Dubai-Vancouver flight

Air Canada has announced a strategic expansion of its international network, adding new non-stop flights from Dubai to its Vancouver International Airport (YVR) hub.

Beginning October 30, 2023, the new route will operate four times on Air Canada’s flagship Dreamliner fleet. The airline’s new Dubai-Vancouver service will complement Air Canada’s daily service between Dubai and Toronto, expanding its presence in the fast-growing international market.

Air Canada’s international inflight service showcases some of Canada’s best culinary talent through Air Canada’s renowned panel of chefs, including award-winning Vancouver chefs David Hawksworth and Vikram Vij, and renowned Montreal chefs Antonio Park and Jérôme Ferrer. Top wines selected by top Canadian sommelier Véronique Rivest complete the culinary journey.

When traveling with Air Canada, customers have the opportunity to collect and redeem points through Aeroplan, Canada’s leading loyalty program, and eligible customers can receive priority check-in, Maple Leaf Lounges, priority boarding and other benefits, including Air Canada Exclusive Signature Suite at YVR.

Flights between Dubai and Vancouver will be operated by Boeing 787 Dreamliners, offering customers a choice of three service classes, including Signature Class with lie-flat seats, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class. Seat purchases are now available on aircanada.com, the Air Canada App, Air Canada Contact Centers and travel agencies.

Flights are also scheduled via Air Canada’s hub in YVR for easy travel to and from destinations in Alberta, British Columbia and the western United States. – trade arab news agency
