For those who like to abandon Dubai’s luxury venues and choose a more down-to-earth bar, you are lucky because there are many options to try. McCafferty’s is a brand new name on Dubai Bar Street, it is not only in one, but in two new places to infuse Irish flavor.
Following McCafferty’s JVC opened in Circle Mall On Saturday, September 11, just four days later, another new branch of this Irish-born bar opened in Al Furjan Club on September 15. It took over the conservatory restaurant space of the clubhouse.
McCafferty’s Dubai Bar spares no effort to make you feel like walking into an old Irish bar that has existed for many years. From trinkets and old artifacts hanging from ceiling beams to vintage photos and signs with old Irish words, this is the ultimate bar environment.

McCafferty’s original bar opened in Donegal, Ireland in 2017, and has since opened more bars in Ireland, as well as the United Kingdom, Spain, and now the UAE. In the two venues in the UAE, you can find a little authentic Irish flavor, you will find live sports and music, traditional pub food and a friendly atmosphere.
The new McCafferty’s in Al Furjan is open daily from 10 am to 2 am, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as a special children’s menu. The daily happy hour is open from 3pm to 8pm, offering selected wines, sparkling wines, draft beer and spirits at a price of 33 dirhams. There are also keg beer.
Some of the specialties on the menu include hearty pies,’gar’licky kiev’, fish and chips, burgers and 28-day dried Irish artisanal steak. Of course, a bar without a barbecue dinner is not complete, and McCafferty’s will serve them from Friday to Sunday from 12 noon to 10 pm. Options include peppered beef ribs, lemon and thyme turkey, or crunchy vegetarian roasted nuts.
Al Furjan Club members can enjoy a 20% discount at McCafferty’s Al Furjan.
