Earth Hotels, an experiential hotel group, said it will open its first hotel in GCC in the first quarter (Q1) of 2025.
Marjan Island Earth Shore in Ras Al Khaimah will offer state-of-the-art accommodation and sustainable construction methods, and will offer visitors an adventure-inspiring hideaway.
Through careful consideration of construction methods, material selection and energy conservation, Earth Hotels aimed to provide a softer environment for the environment they inhabit. An impressive new development, Earth Shore, Marjan Island, is under development with 300,000 square feet and 265 rooms, including resort rooms, GOAT terrace suites and two-bedroom penthouses.
The destination will have direct beachfront access, a 13,000-square-foot social hub “The Sticky Lounge,” and a signature stylish Beach Club with dining and event space for up to 500 people.

Earth Hotels’ first hotel will be Earth La Revolucao in Portugal’s UNESCO heritage city of Porto in late 2024, followed by Earth Shore on Marjan Island. Further expansion is planned in the UAE and Saudi Arabia over the next two to three years. – trade arab news agency
