Beginning April 30, 2023, and every Sunday thereafter, guests are invited to enjoy a classic American backyard BBQ in the heart of Al Maryah Island. In the kitchen of Chef Marshall Roth, several grills are cooking and a DJ is playing upbeat music in the restaurant.
Offers a live grill buffet, sharing platters and a variety of meats. This includes smoked brisket and charred burgers on the regular menu, as well as weekly-changing entrees such as grilled tiger prawns and Austrian wieners.
Hot appetizers include Cajun fried popcorn, chicken wings and corn on the cob. Chef Marshall’s side dishes include the ever-popular mac and cheese and cornbread. The cherry on top of “Pies” is a pie bar that will feature a variety of baked pies topped with homemade vanilla-flavored ice cream.
Luigi Landi, head bartender at the outlet, created interactive stations for guests to enjoy their drinks. Luigi Landi’s creative and diverse beverage offerings include Bloody Mary Stations, Iced Cocktails, and Affogato Stations with an adults-only chocolate fountain.
