New Delhi: MA Yusuff Ali, Indian businessman residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), chairman of LuLu Group and vice-chairman of Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce, had the honor of meeting Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Thursday.
Yousuf Ali posted photos of the meeting on Twitter, expressing his admiration for Modi and conveying his warmest greetings for Eid Mubarak.
“Great to meet Honorable Prime Minister Shri of India. @narendramodi Ji At the Prime Minister’s Residence in New Delhi today, I convey Eid Mubarak to Honorable Prime Minister and thank you for giving me time in your busy schedule @PMOIndia 🙏 🙏,” Yusuff Ali tweeted.
Their conversation reportedly revolved around Lulu Group’s plans to expand agricultural exports to Gulf countries, underscoring Yusuff Ali’s commitment to strengthening economic ties between India and the UAE, according to media reports.

Yusuffali’s Lulu Group, which operates one of the world’s fastest-growing networks of supermarkets and hypermarkets, ranks 35th with a fortune of $5.5 billion.
