Ruler of Dubai attends graduation ceremony for new ‘Influential Leaders’ program

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, attends the ‘Influential Leaders’ program organized by the Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development new batch of graduation ceremonies. The program aims to develop and enhance the leadership skills of emerging UAE leaders and prepare them for senior leadership positions and managing strategic and transformational projects in the UAE.

The ceremony was also attended by H.H. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, First Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance; Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Dubai Media Council Chairman Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

Sheikh Mohammed said on his official Twitter account: “Join the new graduation ceremony of the Mohammad bin Rashid Leadership Development Programme. It is 20 years since the program was launched, which enables public and private sector Ministers, administrators and officials are all qualified. 800 leaders graduated over 20 years. The secret of our success is our belief that UAE youth will step up and lead the way.

“We believed in our country’s world-class potential, so it became. We also believed in our young people’s great potential, so they succeeded, skyrocketed and took the UAE’s name to new heights. For this, we thank Allah.”

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid stressed that the UAE will continue its strategic approach of nurturing young leaders and investing in outstanding talent.

The graduation ceremony held at the Museum of the Future was also attended by Mohammad Abdullah Al Ghawi, Chairman of the Executive Office of Sheikh Mohammed.

The first edition of the Impactful Leaders program launched in 2017 to develop leaders who encourage innovation and creativity, transform the workplace and contribute to building the future.
