New Delhi [India]May 5 (ANI): Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar on Friday started a two-day visit to London, England to attend the coronation of King Charles III, which will take place on the morning of May 6.

During his visit to the UK, Dhankhar will join about 2,000 dignitaries including heads of state and government for the coronation ceremony. The Vice President is visiting the UK accompanied by his spouse, Sudesh Dhankhar.

Britain recently extended an invitation to the coronation to the international community, including India.

British High Commissioner Alex Ellis met with Vice President Jagdeep Dhankar to discuss preparations for the coronation of King Charles III at Westminster Abbey on 2 May.
