The clip begins with William, 40, in a baggy button-down shirt and jeans combo, waiting with the production team. After plugging in the cord and checking the sound, a producer called out to the royals: “Okay, Prince of Wales, it’s time for you to rehearse.”
William came out from backstage, walked up to the podium, and posed like he was about to speak when the video stopped.
Prince’s role has yet to be announced during Sunday’s concert. Judging by the video, though, the heir to the throne appears to be speaking. Not sure what.
Sunday’s coronation concert is about to be a big event. The BBC noted that “the concert will celebrate a new chapter in the nation’s history, with themes of love, respect and optimism, celebrating the four nations, their communities and the Commonwealth.”
King Charles and Queen Camilla will join the rest of the royal family at the event. It’s unclear whether William and Kate Middleton’s three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, will join them in the show.
