Novotel & Ibis Dubai WTC expands leadership team

Novotel and ibis Dubai World Trade Center Hotels Group have announced the recent promotions of Sudarshan Motupalle, Julidynne Binua and Kiran Ramsaran and the appointment of Alexandra Ganciu as Revenue Director.

These new hires and promotions are part of the cluster’s ongoing efforts to improve service quality and provide guests with an exceptional experience.

Experienced and passionate hotelier Sudarshan Motupalle has been promoted to Director of Operations for ibis One central. Sudarshan is a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual with a human focus. He believes passion is the key to success and is committed to learning, improving and contributing to the success of his team. Sudarshan’s attributes of approachability, enthusiasm, observation and flexibility make him the perfect fit for the position.

Julidynne Binua has been promoted to General Director of Rooms at Novotel and ibis WTC. Julidynne oversees all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to check-out. She is a highly motivated individual with great leadership skills and ensures that all staff in her department provide exceptional service to guests at all times.

Alexandra Ganciu, who left the company and was rehired, has been promoted to Room Cluster Director and Revenue Director for Novotel, ibis World Trade Center and ibis Central Business. Alexandra is an experienced hotelier with a proven track record of leading and managing teams to deliver exceptional customer service. She is responsible for ensuring that all guests have a high-quality experience during their stay and generating revenue for the cluster.

Finally, Kiran Ramsaran has been promoted to Cluster Culinary Director for Novotel, ibis World Trade Center and ibis Central Business. Chef Kiran Sharma Ramsaran is an accomplished Executive Chef with over 20 years experience in the culinary industry.
