Kingston Digital Europe announces the new DC600M enterprise SSD, optimized for mixed-use workloads, with outstanding Quality of Service (QoS), ensuring latency and IOPS consistency to meet service level agreements.
DC600M is 6Gbps SATA 3.0 storage with 3D TLC NAND for high capacity rackmount servers. The drive includes hardware-based onboard power loss protection, which protects data from unexpected power failures with a power loss capacitor, reducing the risk of data loss and ensuring the drive is successfully reinitialized at the next system boot. With predictable low latency across a wide range of read and write workloads, the DC600M is designed for system integrators, hyperscale data centers, and cloud service providers.
“Quality of service for enterprise SSDs is critical as data centers and workloads require stability and low latency to achieve predictable levels of storage performance to meet stringent customer SLAs,” said Tony Hollingsbee, SSD Business Manager, Kingston EMEA. “Additionally, the DC600M is an AES 256-bit self-encrypting drive, which when you combine its enterprise-class reliability and stringent QoS requirements with Kingston’s renowned sales support, makes it an optimal data center storage solution. “
The DC600M Data Center SSD is available in 480GB, 960GB, 1920GB, 3840GB and 7680GB capacities. — trade arab news agency
