The IIFA Rocks event is a prelude to the main awards show, focusing on music and fashion in Indian cinema.
Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao will co-host IIFA Rock In Abu Dhabi 2023, the first night of the International Academy of Indian Film Awards dedicated to music and fashion. Farah Khan will be on stage with him.
IIFA’s official Instagram page shared the news on Instagram with the caption: “From Bareilly to Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island, #RajkummarRao will host us as Sobha Realty IIFA Rocks 2023.”
The two-day event returns to Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena for the second year in a row on May 26-27.
Music extravaganza IIFA Rocks is a grand fusion of song, dance, film and fashion featuring live performances by popular artists such as Amit Trivedi, Badshah, Nucleya and Sunidhi Chauhan to name a few.
Bollywood stars Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon will perform at the 2023 IIFA Weekend Awards.
Actors Abhishek Bachchan, Farhan Akhtar and Maniesh Paul will host the ceremony.
The annual event is held in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT Abu Dhabi) and Miral, Abu Dhabi’s lead curator of immersive destinations and experiences.
On the job front, Rajkummar Rao will next appear in street 2. He will also appear with Jahnvi Kapoor in work mr and mrs Directed by Sharan Sharma.
