The cinema is really back…
Due to the limit of the number of global audiences, some large studios either postpone the release date or choose a mixed release model (through streaming media platforms), which is understandable.
However, as public places opened up again (for example, UAE cinemas can currently operate at 80% speed), all these backup blockbusters began to flood in.
These are the big-screen movies that we have selected in the next eight weeks, and we are breaking the golden rule of movie reviews-judging them by trailers.

Our rating (out of 5 stars, based on the trailer only): 4.5
Director: Dennis Villeneuve
Throw: Timothy Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Zandaya, Jason Momoa
summary: This philosophical science fiction drama is director Dennis Villeneuve’s interpretation of the classic Frank Herbert science fiction novel of the same name, and serves as a relaunch of the 1984 film. This version of the cast is led by the talented Timothée Chalamet, who works with Josh Brolin, Oscar Isaac, and Zendaya. Starred with Jason Momoa. The story tells the story of Paul Atredes (Chalamet), a young man involved in a power struggle on the faraway planet of Arakis. The galaxy’s most precious resource, a kind of enhanced performance called Melange spices”. But can this version satisfy notoriously fussy Herbert fans? As can be seen from the trailer, the required epic and dismal quotas are catching up, the cast seems absolutely inspired, and it does leave us with the expected lingering situation of goosebumps.
No time to die
Rating (out of 5 stars): 4
Director: Cary Joji Fukunaga
Throw: Daniel Craig, Rami Marek, Naomi Harris
summary: Daniel Craig will return to the screen as James Bond at the end of September, as the fifth and final time (or we were told). The conspiracy and controversy about his potential successor caused a storm, partly because the studio gave up the tempting news that Rasana Lynch will play “New 007”, although this may only be a temporary fixture for plot equipment . After director Danny Boyle left the project for “artistic differences” (which may or may not be about “Killing Bond”), Cary Fukuyong was chosen to take the helm of the film.Fuyong is the driving force behind the first season of “T”Street detective, Can be said to be one of the best TV shows in modern times. No time to die After Bond (Craig) retires, he is lured back by his old friend and CIA agent Felix Wright to search for the missing scientist. In the trailer, we briefly introduced Rami Marek as the socially awkward opponent in the movie, and Christoph Waltz as the step-brother of Ernst Blofeld AKA Bond (AKA OG Dr Evil). The trailer also teased the idea that the film will connect the winding network of conspiracy meticulously woven from the past five films, and it is clear that Bloomfield wants to help. Su.
Venom: Let the Massacre
Rating (out of 5 stars): 3.75
Director: Andy Serkins
Throw: Tom Hardy, Woody Harrison, Michelle Williams, JK Simmons
summary: Critics and audiences almost completely split in the middle of 2018 venom what is the benefit. It may not be an official MCU Canon, but we can say without any secret that we found it very interesting. This time around journalist Eddie Bullock (played by Tom Hardy) and his grumpy lobster-eating interstellar symbiote, Venom will have to face the comic book enemy massacre (played by Woody Harrison). If it follows the core formula of the first movie, benefits from the extra black humor and biological insight of director Serkins, and Woody “never misses* Harrison as the main villain, we just can’t imagine this movie being Screen poison. Expect chaos, expect venom, expect carnage, and expect pleasant and nasty laughter in an absolutely certain way.
Final duel
Rating (out of 5 stars): 4
Director: Ridley Scott
Throw: Judy Comer, Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, Adam Driver
summary: On paper, this movie is full of “Oscars.” Ridley Scott is about to enter the sixth decade of filmmaking, and his film resume is likely to echo in eternity. He is the helmsman alien, Blade Runner, Gladiator, American Gangs, Martian, And a very psychedelic advertisement from Apple in the 1980s. The concept of “duel” has always been a recurring theme in Scott’s movies, but this name, his latest movie, Final duel There are significant similarities with his award-winning work for the best debut at the 1977 Cannes Film Festival Duelist. This feature is actually based on a book, The last duel: the true story of the battle trial in medieval France Author: Eric Jager. The script was written by Ben Affleck, Matt Damon (tempting us to establish goodwill expectations) and Nicole Holofenson. The list of actors includes Affleck, Damon, and Judy “Wei Lanel” Comer and Adam Driver. Final duel It is a historical drama that tells the last legal duel in French history, a cruel story about honor, betrayal, war and country music hairstyles.
The Adams Family 2
Rating (out of 5 stars): 2
director: Greg Tirnan, Conrad Vernon
Throw: Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloe Grace Moretz
summary: Animation restart in 2019 Adams family, Has its shortcomings-“Do you know what can’t solve these problems?” We remember that we were thinking about “sequels”. But here we are again. This time, we saw the ghoul perspective of the most famous family of the emo movement on the road trip. Sadly, as you can see from the trailer, most of the baggage that made the first movie unpopular has gone with them. This is a powerful voice actor, and the animation style fits the content-but our opinion of the original, and our opinion of this sequel, has never been, nor is it about that. It pays more attention to superficial plots and dialogues, which are too hard to revive and venerate the comedies of the original 1960s sitcoms. Ironically, this humor is really dead.
All Saints of Newark
Rating (out of 5 stars): 4.5
Director: Alan Taylor
Throw: Michael Gandolfini, Ray Liotta, Vera Farmega
summary: we think Sopranos, Just like Tony Soprano’s feeling for butter rolls. This explains the absence of our hearts since the blackout at the end of the cult TV series. With the death of the show’s glamorous protagonist James Gandolfini in real life in 2013, the mourning has intensified. But in keeping with one of the continuing themes of David Chase’s thug masterpiece, the story has a twist. In 2018, New Line Cinema won the right to produce the prequel to the series, later in the same year Alan Taylor directed a few episodes Sopranos, Is attached to directly. All Saints of Newark It is an anti-hero origin story. A series of events have taken place to help transform the vulnerable young Tony soprano into the gang boss he is destined to become. But our favorite aspect of the entire project is that James’ biological son, Michael Gandolfini, was chosen to play the younger version of his father’s iconic role. From the trailer, it seems that the butter roll is not far from the butter roll tree. We did not cry. You are.
French dispatch
Rating (out of 5 stars): 4
Director: Wes Anderson
Throw: Timothy Chalamet, Tilda Swinton, Bill Murray, Benicio del Toro
summary: Wes Anderson’s racket is one of the torn yarns told through a highly stylized poetic lens. His movies are the most honest and classic stories. The letter is described as a “love letter to journalism” and is divided into three different chapters-based on an extended vignette with characters related to the French Express of the same name in the American newspaper, located in the fictional French city of Ennui-sur- Blasé (literally means “boring or indifferent”). The connection and binding was provided by the central figure, who formed a team of the best reporters of the era, and we watched the unfolding of the performance through them. As can be seen from the trailer-the absolutely dazzling number of stars in the cast list, the continuation of Anderson’s unique dry humor brand, the film-style trademark switch, there is no doubt that this will push all the right Weiss buttons.
