A highlight of the summit was the Masdar Roundtable, where Al Olama briefed representatives of Dutch public and private sector entities on the UAE’s hydrogen industry.

Al Olama said: “Visits such as this provide an ideal opportunity to advance cooperation, share knowledge and best practice with European countries that are leading the transition to clean energy. This is in line with our strong commitment to sustainable development and a strong green economy.”

He added: “By promoting our reliance on clean energy technologies, we are advancing our climate action, creating new jobs, and strengthening the UAE’s innovation ecosystem.
