The UAE’s new customer satisfaction rating tool has borne fruit – revealing the best government services in the country.
The top and bottom ranked services were announced on Twitter by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Saturday.
The best thing, he said, was the issuance of passports and driver’s licenses, “in addition to the excellent services of the Home Office and the Foreign Office.”
“At the bottom of the list are proof of educational credentials and equivalent services and booking medical appointments,” he added.
These results were gathered through the recently launched Government Services Observatory, which collects one million reviews of more than 1,400 government services from the public each month.
