He said the firm’s collaborative philosophy, agility and long-term responsible investment approach have created a wealth of opportunities in the UAE that did not exist two decades ago.
“Importantly, the economic diversification that Mubadala has enabled has also had a fundamental impact on more than 200 ethnic groups in our region’s most dynamic and competitive economy,” he added.
In addition to sustainable economic growth and associated financial returns, Mubadala’s impact is reflected in the country’s world-class healthcare and education infrastructure; a diversified, forward-looking economic base; global investments across sectors, he noted Leadership shapes a sustainable and positive future.
Sheikh Mansour drew attention to the importance of the firm’s capabilities and standing as one of the world’s largest responsible investors as it embarks on an ambitious new plan.
“As always, as we continue to advance the UAE’s knowledge-based economy, we will do so in a pioneering manner and contribute to addressing key global challenges in areas such as health innovation, the climate emergency and future energy,” Sheikh Mansur added.
